IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE STATE OF OREGON FOR THE COUNTY OF WASHINGTON SUMMONS CASE NO. 21CV08825 FIRST TECHNOLOGY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, doing business as FIRST TECH FEDERAL CREDIT UNION vs. GARRETT A. BEITELSPACH TO: GARRETT A. BEITELSPACH, the above-named defendant. You are hereby required to appear and defend the complaint filed against you in the above entitled action within thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this summons, and in case of your failure to appear and answer, plaintiff for want thereof will apply to the above entitled court for the relief prayed for in its complaint, to-wit: A. FIRST CLAIM FOR RELIEF: 1. For the principal sum of $19,801.05, plus accrued interest at the contract rate through August 11, 2020 in the sum of $879.92, plus accrued interest at the statutory rate of 9.00 percent per annum from August 12, 2020 through March 3, 2021 in the sum of $996.02, plus interest accruing on the principal balance at the statutory rate of 9.00 percent per annum ($4.88 per diem) from March 4, 2021, until the date judgment is entered; 2. For interest on the sum of paragraph A1 above at the statutory rate of 9.00 percent per annum, from the date judgment is entered until paid in full. B. SECOND CLAIM FOR RELIEF: 1. For the principal sum of $644.24, plus accrued interest at the contract rate of 9.75 percent per annum through March 3, 2021, in the sum of $71.18, plus interest accruing on the principal balance at the contract rate of 9.75 percent per annum ($0.17 per diem) from March 4, 2021, until the date judgment is entered; 2. For interest on the sum of paragraph B1 above at the contract rate of 9.75 percent per annum, from the date judgment is entered until paid in full. C. ALL CLAIMS FOR RELIEF: For Plaintiff’s reasonable attorney fees, costs and disbursements incurred herein, plus post-judgment interest at the statutory rate of 9.00 percent per annum from the date judgment is entered, until paid in full.
