Clackamas County intends to amend its 2017-2021 Consolidated Plan in the following manner: Program Year 2020-2021 (2020 Action Plan) (2020/0006) Sandy New County Health Clinic: The scope of work for this project has changed to: Funding pedestrian improvements including ADA ramps and sidewalks to access the new health clinic in Sandy that will provide dental, health and counseling services to low and moderate income individuals and families in the greater Sandy area. Project budget remains the same at $350,000. No other projects will be impacted by this change. The previous project description was: Funding to complete a new clinic in Sandy that will provide dental, health and counseling services to low and moderate income individuals and families in the greater Sandy area.
