PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following applications are being reviewed by the Yamhill County Department of Planning and Development: DOCKET CTS-11-21, a request by Erik Kokkonen for conditional use approval to allow for the conversion of an existing shop for use as a temporary health hardship dwelling for the care of Juoko Kokkonen, by his son, Erik Kokkonen, during the term of his health hardship. The parcel is identified as Tax Lot 4201-1600 and is located at 35100 NE Wilsonville Rd, Newberg. This application is being reviewed based on criteria in Sections 502.03(A) and 1202.02 of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance. DOCKET C-14-21, a request by James Anderson for Patty Green Whiskey Distillers for conditional use approval for commercial activity in conjunction with farm use for the warehousing of distilled spirits. The parcel is identified as Tax Lot 2332-1101 and is located at 15225 North Valley Rd, Newberg. This application is being reviewed based on criteria in Sections 402.04(G), 402.07(A), 402.10(B), 1101.02 and 1202.02 of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance. Interested persons may respond in writing by 5 p.m., July 15, 2021, to comment on, or to request the above applications be considered at a public hearing.
