THE CITY OF COLUMBIA CITY NOTICE OF LEGISLATIVE PUBLIC HEARINGS The Columbia City Planning Commission has scheduled a public hearing on Tuesday July 6, 2021 beginning at or about 6:30 p.m. through Zoom, to consider a legislative text amendment to the Columbia City Development Code adding Chapter 7.85 (RCE) River Club Estates Overlay. The staff report will be available for review at City Hall approximately one week prior to the Planning Commission hearing on July 6, 2021. Copies of all documents can be purchased at cost.
