Pre-Qualifications Required in classes of: Asphalt Concrete Paving and Oiling Corbett Hill Road Repaving Project SUMMARY: Multnomah County Department of Community Services is seeking Bids for the Corbett Hill Road pavement overlay and pavement markings between NE Rasmussen Road and Historic Columbia River Highway.
