TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE NOTICE is hereby given that the obligation secured by the trust deed described below is in default, and that the Beneficiary has elected to foreclosure the trust deed pursuant to ORS 86.726 through ORS 86.815. The Property covered by the trust deed is that property in Jefferson County, Oregon described as follows: Lot 39, Crooked River Ranch No. 16, recorded December 14, 1979, in Volume A of Plats, Page 110-115, Jefferson County, Oregon. 3. The trust deed is dated November 15, 2016, and was recorded on November 22, 2016, as Document No. 2016-4045 in the Official Records of Jefferson County, Oregon. 4. The defaults for which foreclosure is made are as follows: 4.1 Grantor’s failure to pay monthly payments when due; 4.2 Grantor’s failure to pay late charges; and 4.3 Grantor’s failure to pay real property taxes. 5. The sum owing on the obligation secured by the trust deed is $43,950.17 together with interest thereon at the rate of 11.997% per annum from May 23, 2018, until paid plus trustee’s fees, attorney’s fees, foreclosure costs and any sums advanced by the Beneficiary pursuant to the terms of said trust deed. 6. The Beneficiary has and does elect to sell the property to satisfy the obligation. The property will be sold in the manner prescribed by law on October 8, 2021, at the hour of 1:30pm. in accordance with the standard of time established by Section 184.110, Oregon Revised Statutes on the front steps of the Jefferson County Courthouse, 129 SW E Street, Madras, Oregon. 8.
