If you can’t get into approved training by these deadlines, a waiver of training may be available to you. The Trade Act program also offers other re-employment services that have deadlines attached. Job Search allowance – 365 days from the certification date or your most recent qualifying separation date. If you are in training that takes you beyond the above deadline, you have 182 days from the date you complete training to access this service. Relocation allowance – 425 days from the certification date or your most recent qualifying separation date.
