Notice of Preliminary Determination for Water Right Transfer T-13507 T-13507 filed by City Of Prineville, Attn: Eric Klann and Steve Forrester, 387 NE 3rd St., Prineville, OR 97754, proposes an additional point of diversion and a change in place of use under Certificate 83850. The right allows the use of 0.41 cubic foot per second from the Crooked River and Prineville Reservoir in Sec. 8, T15S, R16E, WM for irrigation and supplemental irrigation in Sec. 26, T14S, R15E, WM. The applicant proposes an additional point of diversion in Sec. 26, T14S, R15E, WM, and to change the place of use to Sects. 26 and 35, T14S, R15E, WM. The Water Resources Department proposes to approve the transfer, based on the requirements of ORS Chapter 540 and OAR 690-380-5000. Any person may file, jointly or severally, a protest or standing statement within 30 days after the last date of newspaper publication of this notice, July 27, 2021.
