MULTNOMAH COUNTY, OREGON Special Inspections Services Proposals due August 26, 2021 @ 4:00 pm REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Request for Proposal (RFP) Sourcing Event No.: RFP-10-2021 Sourcing Event Name: Special Inspections Services Proposals due by 4:00 P.M. on: August 26, 2021 Pre-Proposal Conference: N/A SUMMARY: The Facilities and Property Management (FPM) Division of the Department of County Assets, Multnomah County Oregon (County) is seeking Proposers from whom it may obtain Special Inspections and Testing services (Services) in compliance with the most current publication of 1 )International Building Code (IBC), 2) Oregon Structural Specialty Code Chapter 17, and 3) Applicable UL assembly requirements. The successful proposer will institute a special inspections and testing program to provide valuable quality assurance/quality control related to the proper fabrication, installation, and placement of specific structural components and other construction materials that require special knowledge, expertise, and attention. Multnomah County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals if not in compliance with the Request for Proposals (RFP) procedures and requirements and to reject any or all proposals or to cancel the Sourcing Event if Multnomah County finds it is in the public interest to do so.
