HEARING NOTICE The Newberg Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on August 12, 2021 at 7 p.m. via teleconference using Zoom to evaluate the following new proposals: 1. Comprehensive Plan Map and Zoning Map Amendments (Quasi-Judicial): Consider an application for amending the Comprehensive Plan Map (CPM) and Zoning Map (ZM) designations for a .2 acre property located at 713 E Vermillion Street, Yamhill County Tax Lot R3218DD 00600 The current CPM designation would go from I (Industrial) to MDR (Medium Density Residential) and ZM designation would go from M-2 (Light Industrial) to R-2 (Medium Density Residential).
