The applicant is seeking a Type III application to construct a 166-unit multi-family housing development. The application includes site development review, a lot line adjustment to consolidate the five tax lots, and variances to building height, parking setbacks, and amount of required parking. The Planning Commission is the decision-making entity for this type of application and may take final action at this meeting. This meeting is open to the public.
