CITY OF WEST LINN, OREGON BITTNER STREET SANITARY SEWER REPLACEMENT (PW-21-06) Bids due: August 25, 2021 @ 2:00 pm INVITATION FOR BID Sealed bids for the City of West Linn Bittner Street Sanitary Sewer Replacement will be received at West Linn City Hall night drop box, Attn: Amy Pepper, P.E., Senior Project Engineer, 22500 Salamo Road, West Linn, Oregon, 97068 until 2:00 PM, August 25th. Bids received by the correct date and time shall be publicly opened and the bid price read virtually on August 25th at 4:00 PM. Bids received after 2:00 PM on August 25th will not be considered. First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure forms shall be delivered to City Hall by 2:00 PM, August 25th. Details regarding the virtual opening of bids shall be posted within the City’s bid management system no less than five days prior to the bid opening. An optional prospective bidders’ conference will be held on Wednesday, August 18th at 11:00 AM at West Linn City Hall. Statements made by the City’s representatives at the prospective bidders’ conference are not binding upon the City unless confirmed by written addendum Bids shall be clearly marked Bittner Street Sanitary Sewer Replacement (PW-21-06). Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) days following bid opening. This project is a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. This sewer replacement project generally consists of installing 632 linear feet of sanitary sewer main and 400 linear feet of sanitary sewer service connections. The engineer’s estimate for this project is $224,000. This work needs to be completed by December 31st, 2021. The City shall consider no bid unless the bidder is registered with the Oregon Construction Contractor Board and the bidder has complied with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements.
