The project is estimated to cost $21,000,000. Bids will be opened and read aloud immediately after the bid closing time for their receipt, at which time all interested persons are entitled to attend the bid opening. The district is only accepting bids from the following pre-qualified contractors that were selected from RFP #41421-01: Perlo Construction Inline Commercial Construction, Inc Kirby Nagelhout Construction P&C Construction Triplet Wellman Contractors Todd Construction, Inc. Emerick Construction. No Bid will be considered unless it is in complete accordance with the instruction to bidders and is submitted upon the official bid form provided to prospective bidders (included in the bid documents). A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for Contractors interested in bidding this project will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 16, 2021. The pre-bid conference and tour will commence in the Cafeteria at Meadows Elementary School – 18009 SE Brooklyn St, Portland, OR 97236 then continue to Powell Butte, Parklane and Patrick Lynch Elementary Schools.
