IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE STATE OF OREGON FOR THE COUNTY OF MARION Case No. 21CV17378 SUMMONS LIANG ZHAO, an individual, and OREGON POLYWELL FRUIT AND VEGETABLE INC., a domestic business corporation, Plaintiffs, v. JULIANNE HUNT, Defendant. TO: Julianne Hunt You are hereby required to appear and defend the Complaint filed against you in the above-entitled action within thirty (30) days from the date of service of this Summons upon you, and in case of your failure to do so, for want thereof, Plaintiffs will apply to the Court for the relief demanded in the Complaint, and summarized herein: Plaintiffs pray for a judgment in favor of Plaintiffs, and against Defendant Hunt, relating to personal property illegally removed by Defendant Hunt, from the real property located at 9536 Parrish Gap Road SE, Turner, OR 97392. Said property, both real and personal, are owned by Plaintiff Zhao, and described in detail in Plaintiffs Complaint. Plaintiffs seek economic damages in the amount of $56,547.17 for Count One (Conversion), economic damages in the amount of $10,819.63 for Count Two (Fraud), and for economic damages in the amount of $47,042.17 for Count Three (Ejectment), and for Plaintiffs costs and disbursements incurred herein, and for all other relief the Court finds just and equitable.
