NOTIFICATION OF RELEASE OF DIRECTORY INFORMATION This is notification that Directory Information about your student may be released. This information is not generally considered harmful or an invasion of privacy. The following categories are designated as Directory Information: student’s name; address; telephone listing; electronic address; student’s photograph; participation in officially recognized sports and activities; weight and height of athletic team members; dates of attendance; grade level or honors or awards received. Parents may request that directory information not be released by writing a dated letter stating such to the student’s school principal.
