BAKER CITY – MUNICIPAL AIRPORT (BKE) AIRPORT PLANNING SERVICES AIRPORT MASTER PLAN UPDATE PROGRAM Qualifications due: September 22, 2021 @ 2:00 pm PDT REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Description: The City of Baker City, as owner and operator of the Baker City Municipal Airport (BKE), is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified professional services firms with specific expertise in aviation services following the guidance of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) AC 150/5100- 14 Architectural, Engineering, and Planning Consultant Services for Airport Grant Projects. This project is anticipated to be funded in part by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), State, other grants and local funds through the City of Baker City, Oregon. Baker City is seeking a qualified firm to provide services for all phases of Master Plan development including aviation planning, environmental planning and permitting, aviation engineering, and financial planning for general aviation airports beginning on mid-2022. Baker City intends to select and retain one prime consultant to provide master planning services. Documents Available: Request for Qualification (RFQ) documents will be available on the City of Baker City website (www.bakercity.com) beginning Monday, August 23, 2021 or by contacting Baker City Public Works Department at 541-524-2031 or 541-524-2047.
