The relief sought in Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint is for judgment, for Breach of Contract by Defendants, and Negligence on the part of Defendants, as follows: 1. A refund of the $3,400 Plaintiff paid to Johnny Bravo Services LLC; 2. The cost of the fine from the City of Portland in the sum of $29,250; 3. The cost of the Tree Permit Violation Review Application in the sum of $350 and the cost to prepare the application; 4. The cost to remove and replant 11 offending trees; 5. Treble damages against X-Tree-M Services LLC and Rick G. Molinari, Sr. under ORS 105.810; 6. The cost of continuing fees associated with non-compliance with the city notice; 7.
