WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON MULTI-JURISDICTIONAL NATURAL HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN UPDATE Proposals due: September 24, 2021 @ 4:00 pm REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 2021.098-RFP Washington County, Oregon is requesting proposals from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive update to the County’s Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan. Proposals must be received by 4:00 pm Friday, September 24, 2021. The County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding by the County it is in the public interest to do so. A copy of the Request for Proposal document is posted on https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/washington-county-or. Proposal documents can be viewed and downloaded from the site. The County’s electronic solicitation portal can also be accessed at www.washcopurch.com/biz. Proposer is responsible for checking the site for any addendums before submitting their proposals.
