PUBLIC NOTICE City of Troutdale Planning Commission – Special Meeting Wednesday, September 22, 2021 — 7:00 p.m. Troutdale Police Community Center – Kellogg Room 234 Kendall Ct – Troutdale, OR 97060 At this meeting the Planning Commission will continue their discussion regarding potential code changes to mixed-use zoning districts and the application of the Main Streets on Halsey Code Audit findings. There is also potential for a public hearing for the following land use application: Case File # LU-0010-2021. The applicant is seeking a Type III application to construct a 166-unit multi-family housing development. The application includes site development review, a lot line adjustment to consolidate the five tax lots, and variances to building height, parking setbacks, and amount of required parking. The Planning Commission is the decision-making entity for this type of application and may take final action at this meeting. This meeting is open to the public.
