NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING File Number: CUP06-2021 & SDR06-2021 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: On October 6, 2021, the City of Molalla Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. to consider a Site Design Review & Conditional Use Permit application to establish appropriate land use approvals for a pellet manufacturing, storage, and distribution facility. Any person who fails to address the relevant approval criteria with enough detail may not be able to appeal to the City Council, Land Use Board of Appeals, or Circuit Court, as applicable, on that issue. Only comments on the relevant approval criteria are considered relevant evidence. A copy of the application, all documents and evidence submitted by or on behalf of the applicant and applicable criteria are available for inspection at no cost and will be provided at a reasonable cost. A copy of the staff report will be available for inspection at no cost at least seven (7) days prior to the hearing. Copies shall be provided at a reasonable cost upon request. You may attend and offer testimony at the hearing. Written testimony will be received by the City of Molalla until the day of the hearing and should be addressed or emailed to: Planning Specialist, Julie Larson, 117 N. Molalla Ave, Molalla OR, 97038, or; note that email is preferred. Please ensure your name and address are included in the written testimony. After the public hearing closes, the City will issue its decision. The decision will be mailed to the applicant and anyone else who submitted comments or is legally entitled to notice.
