NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING File Number: SDR01-2021 and SUB01-2021 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: On Wednesday, October 6, 2021, the City of Molalla Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. to consider concurrent Subdivision Replat and Site Design Review applications for 220 W Main ST. The site design review proposes to establish land use approvals for a new commercial building featuring retail and storage uses on a proposed 0.79 ac parcel. The replat proposes to consolidate eleven existing lots along W Main ST, Metzler Ave, and Hart Ave into five new lots that will better accommodate the existing building fronting W Main ST, the proposed building, parking, and will create two lots for future use. A copy of the application, all documents and evidence submitted by or on behalf of the applicant and applicable criteria are available for inspection at no cost and copies will be provided at a reasonable cost. A copy of the staff report will be available for inspection at no cost at least seven (7) days prior to the hearing. Copies shall be provided at a reasonable cost upon request. You may attend, offer testimony or seek information at the hearing. Any correspondence received in advance of the meeting will be forwarded to the hearing body. Written testimony will be received by the City of Molalla until the day of the hearing, and should be addressed or emailed to: Planning Specialist, Julie Larson, 117 N.
