PUBLIC NOTICE The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Directors for Clackamas Fire District #1 will be held on Monday, September 20, 2021, at 6:00 pm. Agenda items will include election of officers; review of the Board of Directors’ Policy Manual; a presentation about Fire Prevention Month; a Wildfire After Action Review update; consideration of a supplemental budget; and requests for board approval on: a proclamation to designate the month of October 2021 as Fire Prevention Month, changes to Section 9.3 of the Board of Directors’ Policy Manual regarding moving the meeting start time to 5:00 pm, and resolutions for a supplemental budget and tax anticipation note. To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, this meeting will be held by remote video conferencing.
