NOTICE OF POTENTIAL ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY The City of Lake Oswego has received two annexation petitions for properties located within the Urban Service Boundary of the City of Lake Oswego. The parcels are located at: AN 21-0002: 16441 Bonaire Avenue (21E07DC02500) AN 21-0004: 13201 Knaus Road (21E04BA02400 and 21E04BA02401) The Lake Oswego City Council will hold public hearings on Tuesday, October 5, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chamber, Third Floor, 380 A Avenue, Lake Oswego, OR, 97034, to consider these annexation petitions and proposed ordinances, including the zoning designations for the parcels. The titles of the ordinances are: Ordinance 2873 An ordinance annexing to the City of Lake Oswego one parcel, consisting of 0.23 acres at 16441 Bonaire Avenue; declaring City of Lake Oswego zoning pursuant to LOC; and removing the territory from certain districts (AN 21-0002). Ordinance 2875 An ordinance annexing to the City of Lake Oswego two parcels, consisting of 1.98 acres at 13201 Knaus Road; declaring City of Lake Oswego zoning pursuant to LOC; and removing the territory from certain districts (AN 21-0004).
