CITY OF PRINEVILLE INVITATION TO BID #4001-21-22 Sealed bids for the Valley Floor Wells will be received until 2:00 PM PDST on October 26, 2021, at City Hall, 387 NE 3rd St, Prineville, Oregon. Each proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed as follows: Lori Ontko City of Prineville City Hall 387 NE 3rd St Prineville, OR The envelope shall be clearly marked: Bid Proposal of (insert name of Contractor) ______________________________________ Bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 PM PDST on the October 26, 2021 and the apparent low bidder will be determined. It is anticipated that the City of Prineville Council will approve the intent to award the contract at the Council meeting on the 2nd day of November 2021. The start date for this project shall be no sooner than the 16th day of November 2021 with a completion date of no later than the 1st day April, 2022. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held promptly at 2:00 pm on the 7thh day of October 2021, at the City of Prineville City Hall to review key project elements and answer questions. The work covered by this ITB involves construction of one exploratory well, three separate production wells, and pump testing of up to five wells. The exploratory well boring is located near the Prineville Municipal Airport area, see Figure 1-Vicinity Map, hereinafter referenced as the Millican Well #5, see the site plan on the attached Figure 2 for the location of the Millican Well #6. The three production wells are in the valley floor of the City of Prineville, hereinafter referenced generally as the Valley Floor wells, and specifically as the 4th Street Deep Well #2, Stearns Well #3, and Yancey Well #3, see the site plan on the attached Figure 4 for the locations of these three production wells. The five wells to be pump tested will be the City’s existing Millican Well #5, Millican Well #6, 4th Street Deep Well #2, Stearns Well #2, and Yancey Well #3.
