The applicant proposes to move a portion of the point of appropriation to Sects. 29, 30, and 32, T4S, R2W, WM and an additional point of appropriation in Sec. 20, T4S, R2W, WM. Certificate 94734 allows the use of 0.02 CFS from a well in Sec 29, T4S, R2W, WM for irrigation in Sec. 29, T4S, R2W, WM. The applicant proposes to move the point of appropriation to Sects. 20 and 29, T4S, R2W, WM. The Water Resources Department proposes to approve the transfer, based on the requirements of ORS Chapter 540 and OAR 690-380-5000.
