Notice of Public Hearing Annexation: Tax Lot 051W18C000900 (1251 Brown St) (ANX 2020-02) On October 14, 2021 at 7:00 p.m., the Woodburn Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to hear annexation into city limits of 0.95 acres of territory (Tax Lot 051W18C000900) along the west side of Brown Street south of Vine Ave (ANX 2020-02) and subdivision and development into Valentina Estates No. 2 of 5 houses on 5 lots with a driveway shared among 3 of the 5 lots instead of direct access to Brown St. The hearing venue is the City Hall Council Chambers at 270 Montgomery Street, Woodburn, Oregon. Because of coronavirus, the Commission will not only meet in person but also continue to telephone/video conference.
