NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF CANBY The Canby Planning Commission will meet virtually on Monday, October 11, 2021 at 7 pm to consider two items: (1) To consider a request to renovate the City’s former library into a commercial mixed-use building containing a brewery, four micro-kitchens, and three retail spaces. Exterior renovations of the building would include a covered outdoor roof patio. (2) To consider a request is to annex approximately 42.5 acres of land into the city limits of Canby. As part of the annexation request, the applicant is concurrently requesting the approval of a Development Concept Plan (DCP) and a zone change to establish zoning for the proposed annexation land that is consistent with the Canby Comprehensive Plan.
