Clackamas County intends to amend its 2017-2021 Consolidated Plan in the following manner: Notice of Substantial Amendment to the Program Year 2020-2021 (2020 Action Plan) All comments are welcomed and encouraged on the following proposed changes to the County the 2020 Housing and Community Development Action Plan. (2020/0009) Housing Rehabilitation Program Administration for needed home-repair assistance grants and loans to low income households throughout Clackamas County. Total funding of $536,606 of FY2020 CDBG funding will be increased by $130,394 to a new total of $667,000. Funding includes CDBG entitlement and program income.
