R&C Management Group LLC is the sole point of contact in the District for this selection process. Copies of the RFQ will be available Wednesday, October 13, 2020. Requests for copies of the RFQ and all correspondence pertaining to this RFQ should be directed to: Minda Coombs R&C Management Group LLC Project Assistant minda@randcmanagement.com Project Description: The consultant will facilitate the selection, procurement, delivery, assembly, and distribution of furniture and equipment associated with new construction and capital renewal projects included in the $65 million facility bond measure which was approved by voters on May 19, 2020. There is no published estimated fee. Proposals will not be read aloud but will be considered to be public records. Interested consultants shall email minda@randcmanagement.com to obtain an emailed copy of the RFP. There will not be a pre-proposal conference. All questions shall be directed to minda@randcmanagement.com by no later than October 20, 2021, 2:00pm. A single addenda is planned to be issued no later than October 21, 2021 by end of business. Proposals will only be considered if they are in complete accordance with the instruction to proposers (included in the RFP documents). The Board of Directors of Centennial School District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or portions thereof and waive any informality or irregularities.
