NOTICE OF POTENTIAL ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY The City of Lake Oswego has received an annexation petition for three parcels which are located within the Urban Service Boundary of the City of Lake Oswego. The parcels are located at: No Situs Addresses – three lots at the southeast corner of Kimball and Baleine Streets (21E07CA02902, 21E07CA03000, 21E07CA00100) The City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chamber, 380 A Avenue, Lake Oswego, OR, 97034, to consider this annexation petition and proposed ordinance, including the zoning designations for the parcels.
