NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the Cornelius City Council on Monday November 1, 2021 at 7:00 PM via virtual online meeting (meeting information to be posted on the City of Cornelius website at https://www.ci.cornelius.or.us/), to consider the following requests: 1. Street Vacation Request (VAC-01-21): Approval to vacate a portion of S 29th Boulevard as described within Exhibit ‘A’ of the submitted application packet. Applicable Review Criteria: Cornelius Municipal Code Chapter 13.55 (Street and Utility Easement Vacations), Oregon Revised Statutes Sections 271.005-540. 2. Street Vacation Request (VAC-02-21): Approval to vacate N 7th Court as described within Exhibit ‘A’ of the submitted application packet. Applicant & Property Owner: RCI Properties (Hillsboro), Inc. Location: North side of N Holladay Street at N 7th Court, Cornelius, OR 97113. Map: 1S3 33DB TL#00300, 00400, 00500, 00600. Applicable Review Criteria: Cornelius Municipal Code Chapter 13.55 (Street and Utility Easement Vacations), Oregon Revised Statutes Sections 271.005-540. At the time and place listed above all persons will be given a reasonable opportunity to give testimony either for or against the proposal. Testimony may be either in oral or written form and must be relevant to the criteria listed above on which the proposal will be evaluated. In order for an issue to be considered for appeal, it must be raised before the close of the record of the public hearings. A copy of the application, all documents and evidence relied upon by the applicant and applicable criteria are available for review at the Community Development Department, 1300 S.
