NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS The Metolius City Council will conduct a Public Hearing beginning at 6:00 p.m. on November 1, 2021, at the Train Depot and via Zoom video conference. The purpose of the Hearing is to consider a request for annexation on behalf of Mr. Tobin Moser. The area proposed to be annexed is described as a tract of land lying in Blocks 26 and 37, vacated Front Street and Juniper Street in the First Addition to Metolius lying in the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 28, Township 11 South., Range 13 East, Willamette Meridian, Jefferson County, Oregon. Property is zoned Jefferson County A-1 Exclusive Farm use, and upon annexation will be zoned City of Metolius R-3 as designated by the adopted Comprehensive Plan. The Metolius Planning Commission has recommended approval of this application following the Public Hearing held on September 27, 2021. All interested are urged to attend.
