NGAN KIM LE, Defendant. To: Ngan Kim Le, the above-named Defendant. You are hereby required to appear and defend the Complaint filed against you in the above- entitled cause within thirty (30) days from the date of service of this summons upon you, and in case of your failure to do so, for want thereof, Plaintiff will apply to the court for the relief demanded in the Complaint, and summarized herein. For Breach of Contract/Unpaid Assessments, a money judgment in the amount of $5,015.32, which was the balance due to Plaintiff as of July 1, 2021, for assessments, collection costs, and other charges owed to Plaintiff; 2. For such further and additional relief as the Court deems just and equitable. This may include any post-judgment attorney fees and costs Plaintiff may incur with the collection of its judgment, and Plaintiff shall be entitled to apply for a supplemental judgment for said fees and costs.
