(HEA) on behalf of the Port of Portland (Port) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) which solicits Statements and Materials of Qualifications (SMOQ) from carpet manufacturers wishing to have their custom pattern tufted broadloom carpet included in the Technical Specifications for approximately 1,000 square yards of carpet at Portland International Airport (PDX) as part of the Terminal Core (TCORE) Project. This RFQ process will not result in a contract. The intent of this process is to pre-qualify custom products from manufacturers for inclusion in the Technical Specifications for the later competitively bid construction procurement process.
