YAMHILL COUNTY Yamhill County Transit Area Request for Qualifications Professional Services Proposals Due 5:00 pm November 19, 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Yamhill County Transit Area Board of Directors and Board of County Commissioners of Yamhill County, Oregon (The Board) is currently soliciting proposals from qualified companies to provide consulting services. Categories include, but are not limited to: Information Technology Services, Transit Planning & Public Engagement Services, Program Development & Project Management, Procurement and Transit Fleet. This Request for Qualifications is intended to provide interested companies with sufficient information to prepare and submit proposals for consideration by the Board. It is the Board’s intent to select the most advantageous proposal based on the evaluation criteria stated in this RFQ. A copy of the Request for Qualifications is available via email, please request a copy from manleyt@co.yamhill.or.us The Board or its designee will complete an evaluation process of all proposals meeting the criteria defined in this RFQ. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received that are not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements. Furthermore, Yamhill County (i) may reject any and all proposals upon the finding that it is in the public interest to do so, and (ii) reserves the right to waive any and all minor informalities to evaluate the proposals submitted.
