File Numbers: LU 21-0068 (Ordinance 2879) Applicant: City of Lake Oswego Nature of Application and Proposed Legislative Amendments: Proposed amendments are to Lake Oswego Code (LOC) to extend the allowance of temporary shelters for businesses in commercial and industrial zones limited to the months of October through May and not more than 180 consecutive days during years when Lake Oswego businesses are subject to an emergency or temporary State regulation related to the COVID 19 pandemic. The Planning Commission considered the proposed amendments on November 8, 2021.
