NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS SCHEDULED ON PROPOSED CLACKAMAS COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP AMENDMENT, CORRESPONDING ZONE CHANGE, AND TWO-PARCEL PARTITION OF 25720 SE EAGLE CREEK RD, EAGLE CREEK, OREGON The Clackamas County Planning Commission and Board of County Commissioners will hold public hearings to consider a proposed amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Map, a corresponding zone change, and a two-parcel partition. The proposal is to change the Comprehensive Plan Map designation of 25720 SE Eagle Creek Rd, Eagle Creek, OR 97022 (Tax Lot 34E05-04100, approximately 19 acres) from Rural to Rural Industrial (RI) and, at the same time, change the property’s zone from Rural Residential Farm Forest Five-Acre (RRFF-5) District to Rural Industrial (RI) District and partition the property in to two separate parcels.
