METRO ARLENE SCHNITZER CONCERT HALL SEWER LINE CONNECTION CMGC Proposals due: December 15, 2021 @ 2:00 pm REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP 3980 Metro is inviting proposals for Construction Manager/General Contractor Services to connect the current sewer line in the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall to the City of Portland sanitary line. Electronic proposals only are due no later than December 15, 2021 at 2:00 pm to http://bidlocker.us/a/oregonmetro/BidLocker. Details are provided in the solicitation document. Pre-Proposal Conference A voluntary Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on November 16, 2021 at 2:00 pm at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall located at 1037 SW Broadway, Portland OR 97205. Because of the State of Oregon’s social distancing policy, no more than 10 people are allowed to tour the site at one time. Interested proposers shall RSVP to bidsandproposals@oregonmetro.gov. Attendance will be per RSVP. Metro is seeking proposals from qualified firms to re-route the internal sanitary piping to a new tank and pump assembly in the lower level mechanical room, and provide a new pressurized, insulated pipe which will run underneath the audience chamber and stage house to connect with the approved City connector line running underneath Salmon Street. Access to the mechanical room is very limited, so the tank must be built on site. The facility must remain in operation during the project. All vendors submitting a offer for public improvements over $50,000 certify that they will pay and comply with the minimum prevailing wage requirements of ORS 279C.800-279C.870 and if applicable 40 U.S.C.276a.
