JUNIPER HILLS TRAIL TO MADRAS EAST TRAIL MULTI-USE CONNECTION The City of Madras is seeking sealed bids for the Juniper Hills to Madras East Trail Multi-use Connection Project. Sealed bids will be accepted by Jeffrey Hurd, Public Works Director, at the Madras City Hall, 125 SW E Street, Madras, OR 97741, until 2:00 pm, Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at which time and place bidding will be closed, and the bids opened and read. Plans, specifications, addenda and notifications for this project may be viewed or bid set acquired for fee at the Premier Builders Exchange, 63052 Layton Ave., Ste 100, Bend, OR 97701 (phone 541-389-0123). Plans, specifications, and addenda may also be viewed, printed, or ordered online at http://www.premierbx.com. The work includes, but is not limited to, construction of a multi-use paved path from Juniper Hills Park to Madras East Trails along Ashwood Road. Work in includes excavation and embankment, storm drainage, street lighting and associated infrastructure, concrete curb and surfacing’s, aggregate base, and paving, signing, striping and fencing. Work shall be substantially completed June 1, 2022.
