Plaintiff, vs. 10780 Main Street LLC; et al, Defendants, PUBLIC NOTICE hereby is given pursuant to ORS 312.190, that the two-year period for the redemption of all properties included in the 2019 delinquent tax lien foreclosure proceedings instituted by Marion County, Oregon, on August 28, 2019, in the circuit court of the State of Oregon for Marion County, case number 19CV37726, and included in the judgment entered therein on December 23, 2019, will expire on December 23, 2021. All properties ordered sold under said judgment, unless redeemed on or before said December 23, 2021, will be deeded to Marion County, Oregon, and every right and interest of any person in such properties will be forfeited forever to said Marion County, Oregon.
