WASHINGTON COUNTY PROJECT-BASED VOUCHERS Proposals due: January 5, 2022 @ 3:00 pm REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (NO. 2021.145-RFP) Washington County, Oregon is requesting proposals from qualified firms to compete for PROJECT-BASED VOUCHERS. Proposals must be received by 3:00 pm Wednesday, January 5, 2022. The County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding by the County it is in the public interest to do so.
