City of North Plains Notice of System Development Charge Methodology for Parks, Transportation and Water Facilities 90 Day Public Notice December 13, 2021 The City of North Plains hereby issues a 90-day public notice, pursuant to ORS 223.304, of its intent to amend local system development charges for parks, water, and transportation facilities. A draft technical report addressing the methodology and calculation of the proposed charges will be available for review on January 10, 2022, (which is at least 60 days prior to the initial public hearing on its adoption), at City Hall or by contacting the City of North Plains (see contact information below). The proposed system development charges will be considered at 7 pm on March 21, 2022, at Jessie Mays Community Hall and virtually.
