ADVERTISEMENT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL RFP 2022-2 Single Mode Fiber Installation E-Rate Form 470 Estacada School District (District), is issuing this Request for Proposal for single mode fiber and installation. Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals to establish a contract through fair and competitive negotiations for network single mode fiber installation. The goods and services requested in these documents are part of the E-rate filings for Estacada School District for the 2022-2023 funding year. All aspects of this proposal must comply with the Federal Communication Commission’s competitive bidding requirement for E-rate and USAC rules and regulations. The District anticipates the award of one Contract from this RFP. Work must be completed by September 30, 2023, pending USAC approval of application.
