CITY OF PRINEVILLE INVITATION TO BID # 4002-21-22 Sealed bids for the Solar Field Fence Project, will be received until 2:00 PM PDST on the 6th of January, 2022, at City Hall, 387 NE 3rd St, Prineville, Oregon. Each proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed as follows: Lori Ontko City of Prineville City Hall 387 NE 3rd St Prineville, OR The envelope shall be clearly marked: Bid Proposal for (insert name of Contractor) Solar Field Fence Project Bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 PM PDST on January 6, 2022, and the apparent low bidder will be determined, bid will be based on price and availability to meet timeline. It is anticipated that the City of Prineville Council will approve the intent to award the contract at the Council meeting on the 11th day of January 2022. The start date for this project shall be no sooner than the 20th day of January, 2022 with a completion date of no later than February 28, 2022. The work contemplated generally consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies and materials to complete the Solar Field Fence as described on the provided construction drawing. There will be approximately 1496 lf of 6’privacy chain link fence with barbed wire on top and approximately 910 lf of regular 6’chain link fence with barbed wire on top, one 24′ manual privacy fence gate installed (2-12′ panels). The new fence is to match existing chain link fence. National Electrical Code (NEC) 110.31(D) will be utilized.
