CITY OF LA GRANDE CLASS & COMPENSATION CONSULTANT SERVICE Proposals Due: Jan. 7, 5:00 PM REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The City of La Grande Request for proposal for RFP No. HR-21-01 for Class and Compensation proposals from qualified persons to provide Class and Compensation Consultant Services for assessment, analysis, and recommendations regarding the City’s Non-Represented (Management group) pay plan. Interested parties will be provided sufficient information to prepare and submit proposals for consideration by the City. It is the City’s intent to select the most advantageous proposal based on the evaluation criteria set forth in the Request for Proposals (RFP) packet.
