PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The City of Madras will hold public hearings before the City of Madras Planning Commission and the City Council in order to receive testimony or comments on Planning File No. PA-21-2 for which the City of Madras will propose amending the City of Madras Comprehensive Plan via the City’s Transportation System Plan to provide additional details to the roadway alignments shown in the Madras TSP south of Fairgrounds Road between US 97 and Highway 361. STANDARDS AND APPLICABLE CRITERIA: The applicable criteria for this land use decision are the statewide land use goals, the Madras Comprehensive Plan, Madras Development Code Chapter 18.75.020 (Amendments). Anyone wishing to present testimony may do so at the public hearing. Anyone may submit written comments in advance of the public hearings to the Community Development Department at 125 SW E Street, Madras, Oregon. The complete file will be available for review at Madras Community Development Department. Upon request, copies of file materials are available at a cost of $.25 per page. This meeting/event location is accessible. Sign and other language interpreter service, assistive listening devices, materials in alternate format such as Braille, large print, electronic formats, language translations or any other accommodations are available upon advance request at no cost.
