NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE OF HEARING: at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 6, 2022, in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room, 2051 Kaen Rd., Oregon City, Oregon there shall be a public hearing before the Clackamas County Board of Commissioners on the petition for formation of the Hoodland Park District organized under ORS Chapter 266. The boundary of the proposed district is described in the materials posted at the meeting link listed below. The proposed district is intended to develop, manage and operate certain park areas and structures for the express purpose of providing the public with unique recreational activities within the proposed district. Interested persons may appear and will be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard.
