PORTLAND COMMUNITY COLLEGE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT SE CAMPUS MDF HVAC REPLACEMENT Bids due: February 3, 2022 @ 2:00 pm INVITATION TO BID SOLICITATION NO: P&CC21-014-ITB Published Legal Notice and ITB Summary The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB or Solicitation) is to obtain competitive Bids from qualified General Contractors (Bidder) interested in the provision of providing a replacement HVAC System for the Southeast Campus MDF (Computer Room) for Portland Community College. This is a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875. The applicable Prevailing Wage Rates are the Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon effective January 1, 2022. The work will take place in Multnomah County, Oregon. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at 10:00AM at the Southeast Campus. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there are certain conditions and requirements concerning the Pre- Bid conference, including requiring pre-registration. Refer to the ITB document for these instructions.
