CITY OF WEST LINN, OREGON SALE OF CITY REAL PROPERTY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The West Linn City Council is scheduled to hold a public hearing Tuesday, January 18th starting at 6:00 p.m. in City Hall Chambers, 22500 Salamo Road, West Linn, Oregon, regarding the sale of a surplus property located at 3955 Cedaroak Drive and is an approximately 0.31 acre vacant lot. This property is being sold in accordance with ORS 221.725 which requires disclosure of the sale at a public meeting. The property is zoned R-10, single-family residential detached, which allows for the property to be used as specified per West Linn Community Development Code Chapter 11. The property was originally purchased with Environmental Services utility funds. The property has not been used by the City and is not relevant to the present or planned sewer or storm systems. Anyone wishing to present written testimony on this proposed action may do so until Thursday, January 13, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. Additional written testimony can be provided up to 12:00 p.m. the day of the meeting but will not be publicly posted and may not be reviewed prior to the meeting. Oral testimony may be presented during the public hearing. This meeting will be a hybrid meeting with virtual attendance options via Webex video conferencing software.
