NOTICE OF FINAL ASSESSMENT OF HIGHWAY 99W LID NO. 2013-01 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 4, 2022, the City Council of Dundee, Oregon adopted Ordinance No. 578-2022, levying final assessments for the Highway 99W Local Improvement District (LID) No. 2013-01 as summarized in the following table: Pursuant to DMC 3.16.100, interest will begin to run on the assessment and the property being assessed will be subject to foreclosure unless the owner either makes application to pay the balance of the unpaid assessment in installments or pays the assessment in full by March 7, 2022.
